Solution: Chances are 100% that there's a lot of "gold" in the services you already sell. Extract the most valuable components, and build a strong USP to attract clients that want to work with you and pay your prices.
Solution: Improve the efficiency of service delivery and grow with flexible costs using global freelancers at profitable rates.
Solution: Find out exactly, what keeps you busy, delegate consequently and build a personal leadership system to become the boss of your own time and priorities again. Transition your team to work self-managing.
