If your workload and stress are high, this is an indicator of missing efficiency which eats up your profits. The last possible root cause is simply "too high fixed costs" for the amount of revenue you have.

Solution: Improve the efficiency of service delivery and grow with flexible costs using global freelancers at profitable rates.

Not enough profit?

Root Cause: If your workload is too high, this is often the case because clients and team members depend on you, you have to be involved in everything and failures are too high if you are not involved.

Solution: Find out exactly, what keeps you busy, delegate consequently and build a personal leadership system to become the boss of your own time and priorities again. Transition your team to work self-managing.

Too much work?

Root Cause: If your work is too complex, you depend on "A-Player-All-Rounders". They are very hard to find and often expensive. You have too high dependencies on these people.

Solution: Split your roles, define them clearly and start hiring experts, not allrounders. Stop trying to find people that can do too many different things. Build a leadership system and a quality standard to get reliable results from freelancers and scale your team flexibly, fast and profitably.

Not enough talent?

If you just start your agency, don't make the same mistakes that keep so many agency owners running on their hamster wheel of "not enough clients, not enough talent AND always not enough time".

Focus on building a strong USP, a high-value productized service offer that makes selling and delivering your service easy and profitable.

Don't get distracted by selling everything to everyone. It will just grow your problems.
